Join us to learn about Mindfulness as a strategy for managing uncertainty in the time of COVID-19 and beyond.
In this FREE workshop:
· We will learn about Mindfulness tools that have been modified from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for people with disabilities.
· We will have a chance to practice some brief techniques, and find out what works best for us.
· We will have a “taster” experience of what a session in a longer program might feel like
This workshop is best suited for adults who feel comfortable to communicate independently in an online group. Please let us know about any accommodation needs and if you will be bringing a support person for your comfortable participation in the workshop. ASL interpretation will be provided.
