Mindfulness for Cross-Disability and D/deaf Adults: 4-Week Session

In this 4-week session we will:

  • Learn about Mindfulness tools that have been modified from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
  • Have a chance to practice Mindfulness and Meditation techniques and find out what works best for us
  • Learn about Mindfulness as a strategy for managing uncertainty in the time of COVID-19 and beyond

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the zoom meeting. Sessions can be joined through zoom or over the phone.

This workshop is best suited for adults who feel comfortable to communicate independently in an online group. Please let us know about any accommodation needs when you register. If you have any questions or need support setting up zoom please contact rebecca.wood@cilt.ca.
